The Movement Rx is a course designed to span across ages and abilities. We have designed this course with modifications to help meet you where you are as well as progressions to add even more challenge. Even Dr. Jen and Dr. Courtney are in two different life stages (postpartum and peri-menopause) and each found their own areas to help them improve their movement.
