Each workout includes a video where you can follow along with Tim, as well as a written workout table that breaks down the patterns, rep counts, tempos and other cues in mind to target specific goals.

You can do as little or as many workouts in one session as you feel just stay present with your body and what he/she is up for on the day. The beauty of this practice with it being so low impact that it is forgiving especially with lighter ropes and so you can generally play for as long as you are enjoying it! Though you may feel it in your core the next day if you do go hard.
